I am Avinash Mishra, a passionate yoga instructor and the founder of The Yogic. My journey with yoga began not simply as a form of exercise, but as a path toward self-discovery, inner balance, and holistic well-being. What started as a personal practice gradually evolved into a lifelong commitment to helping others experience the transformative power of yoga.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of teaching students from diverse backgrounds, each with unique goals, challenges, and aspirations. This experience has taught me that yoga is not a one-size-fits-all practice. Every individual carries a different story, and every yoga journey deserves a personalized approach.
My Philosophy

Why I Teach Yoga
